Eligibility

Citizenship

Must be a Filipino citizen with valid identification credentials and records.

Enrollment

Enrollment Status

Currently enrolled in any CHED-recognized college, university, or local institution.

Priority

Financial Status

Annual family income must not exceed ₱400,000 to qualify for priority limits.

Scholarship Rule

Exclusivity

Must not be a full recipient of any other major national government scholarship grants.
